Professional Experience
Prof. Dr. Tutar has held significant clinical and academic roles throughout his career. He served as Assistant Chief Physician and Acting Chief Physician of the 2nd Pediatric Clinic at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital (2010–2012). In 2014, he became an Associate Professor in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and was promoted to Professor and Department Head in 2020, leading the department until 2024.
He has worked across several notable institutions, including Denizli State Hospital, Denizli SSK Hospital, Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Ankara Dışkapı Children’s Hospital, and Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital. Prof. Dr. Tutar has delivered over 50 presentations at national and international conferences and has been practicing at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental since June 2024.
