Prof. Dr. Nesrin Sarıman, M.D. is a highly respected Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis Specialist with expertise in respiratory medicine, with a focus on obstructive lung diseases, sleep disorders, lung cancer, and smoking cessation therapies.
Prof. Dr. Sarıman graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1990 and completed her specialization in Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital. She has an extensive academic career at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine, where she served as both Associate Professor and Professor.
A certified bronchoscopy specialist and sleep physician, she has contributed significantly to national and international scientific literature, authoring numerous publications and book chapters. She has been actively involved in clinical research, medical education, and administrative roles, including serving as Assistant Dean and Editor of the Maltepe Medical Journal.
